Cable hanging down from road sign on bridge

Advised by the NR helpline that a member of the public has reported a 3 pin 240v plug hanging down from the Ancient Foresters side of LBW84B, Southwark Park Road. The reporter is concerned that a lorry could come in to contact with the cable causing complications. NR staff sent to site and confirm the cable is connected with the height restriction sign and will need a cherry picker to reconnect. Signs are maintained by the council and NOT Network Rail
