Metal bollard in road

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7830507.

A metal bollard has been vandalised, maybe someone has cut it from the bottom, not sure how it managed to break in the first place but it is now in the road, it is a safety hazard for cars and pedestrians, I feel it needs to be removed ASAP!
