Albert Westcott House needs cleaning

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7830358.

The ground floor of the building stinks after someone poured dirty water across it at the weekend. The floor is now stained and needs to be cleaned, as does the lift (which also smells) and all the windows opposite the lift doors on each floor of the building.
