Loose Manhole Cover

This manhole cover is loose. It’s in the bus lane so when the bus (and other vehicles) drives over it it makes an almighty double bang. This goes on throughout the night so not ideal for adjacent residents especially in the hot weather as windows are open. I imagine there is a safety issue as well.
