Lots of rubbish left on pavement

It looks like someone has moved out and left a lot of garbage on the pavement There's a mattress, some plastic bins and some bagged rubbish. There are two piles, both pictured. Also the tree protection wire cages have been removed from two trees and the wire cages are standing on the pavement. They could roll into the road.
