Litter strewn across the pavement

This is the 3rd time of me having to rep[ort this. If it happens again I will write a formal complaint letter to Southwark Council Environmental Services. The litter is swept up by a council worker on a Saturday (yesterday 05/07/25) The blue bags are then left on the top of the litter bin. Because the bags are not collected on the same day, the foxes pull the bags down and rip them open, leaving litter all over the pavement (see photo!). The men did come today (Sunday) to collect but just picked up the bags and left all the litter on the streets, what kind of worker does that, its totally lazy. I presume they get paid for this! I am a council tax payer and one of the many that pay their wages! As I sate this will be the last time I note it on this site!
