Bar expanding their outdoor area more and more, blocking the path between bench and road going east.

This bar has slowly been increasing their area of the outside part. It was once confined to what was close to their restaurant, but they have now expanded so that to walk to the east part of upper ground from the path you have to walk around the long bench, unless you walk through their seating area.
