  • That is a confusing and unsatisfactory response. The fridge is in the middle of the public pavement, therefore that surely makes it the responsibility of local authority. Are you aware of how it is being resolved?

    You can use the camera situated directly above the pavement to uncover who left the fridge there. That is the camera Southwark council uses to fine cars £160 for driving down Inverton Road.
