Breach of service agreement for cleaning

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7797847.

Thé communal staircases that lead to the entrance of Sedgmoor place have not had a deep cleaning since the end of April. There is a strong smell of urine that has become umbereable. Also scattered fèces all over the staircases on both entrances. Stairs are rately deep cleaned while according to service standards in the Leaseholder agreement this should happen twice a week
