The door closer is faulty and needs either adjusting or replacement.It doesn`t close the door gently as it should but does it violently with a bang, sending reverberation through the building and especially my flat as it is located directly above . I reported this to southwark repairs first in February this year which they said they were going to investigate and get back to but never did and I have been living with the banging noise ever since day and night whenever anyone enters or leave the building. I reported this again on the 20th of June with thesame result - acknowledged receipt of complaint, will get back to me ASAP, but nothing done, issue persists. Something must be done as this is not going to solve itself.

  • The door is closed but the door closer has not been fixed. I was not given any update and the job is closed The door closer looks like it has to be replaced.

  • This problem has not been resolved but it is indicated as closed. Whatever was done did not work so the unit(door closer)has to be replaced to solve the problem. Please let me know what is being done.

  • The problem is still ongoing but it is closed. Why? I have not been updated as to wether it is resolved. If anything was done, it did not work so the closer will have to be replaced.
