More abandoned bins

These 4 bins have been abandoned on the corner for weeks. They do not belong to the flats on the corner or any of the adjacent houses. Their presence encourages fly tipping of other items. This is a recurring problem. Don't know why this corner is so popular for disposing of unwanted bins.
