Constant flytipping by neighbour

Resident under flat 1, 129 St Georges Road weekly throwing rubbish out to the street, that has been cleared up by the neighbours, so rubbish collection will take place uninterrupted. This has been reported via call on numerous ocassions, specially when it was whole furnitures been left there for weeks. Every week, the ribbish flowing out from the entrance of the property includes take away bags, boxes, amazon delivery boxes and other retail boxes and general waste. It is easy to identify as it all has the name of the person on every packages.
