Deliveroo driver blocking pavement

While making a collection, a delivery driver blocked the pavement rather than taking the bike carefully to the side of the road when making a collection in little Waitrose at the corner of Rennie Street. When called out on this bad behaviour he made an active choice to swear and abuse me rather than simply being an adult and move the bike to the side as a responsible honest decent human piece being would do. I therefore feel it’s my responsibility to report him. Please check the reference number for the person hiring at the time reported thank you.
