This is a big bus stop, effectively an inter-change with nearly 15-20 buses. Passengers are mostly key workers, working long hours, tired and needing proper seating and shelter while waiting for buses. It also lacks a countdown of bus times. This is one of the busiest single bus stop serving thousands a day 24/7.
