Flytipped rubbish bags and broken wheelie bin

There is a broken wheelie bin without a lid, and a large number of black rubbish bags have been flytipped. This is a frequent flytipping location, so it would be great to address this promptly and have the wheelie bin replaced so it does not continue to attract dog poo bags and more fly tipping. Thank you!
