This issue was reported a few days ago. It has happened again, and is happening almost every day now. Southwark council employees are leaving bags of rubbish in the street which are being ripped open by foxes overnight. This is contributing to an issue with vermin. Please find a solution to this. If this is not done then I will raise a formal complaint and include these reports.
