Cardboard boxes and black bin bags dumped outside our office space

Over the last few years, we have been dealing with the neighbours dumping their personal rubbish outside our office space. Today we have found that the area in front of our office space (private car parking space) has been covered in rubbish bags, cardboard boxed, and other general waste. This needs to be removed as soon as possible.
