Raw chicken left in the street

Someone keeps leaving carrier bags full of raw chicken on the eastern side of York Grove, and also on the corner with Coll’s Rd. This photo is from one of four incidents in the last three weeks. This is dangerous to dogs in the area, for people and also attracts vermin.
