Tree blocking out natural daylight.

Dear Southwark Council. My neighbour at 89 Day House recently put in a request for the tree out the back of day House to be pruned, as they have been for many years been blocking out natural day light into the flats, and the rooms at the back of the flat living & bedroom are permanately dark even in the day time. Over the last Couple of days the tree surgeons have been and cut down the one’s at the road end of the block. I have ask them if the one my end of the block was on there list and they told me no. So I therefore request the one outside the back of 88 Day House be pruned. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.
