Pavement in front of The Trinity Pub (202-206 Borough High Street) - health and safety risk for customers and general pedestrian

Pavement is loose and uneven - when you step on one side, the other side raises and you can easily trip. We have already had instances of people falling from it and we wanted to raise this as a matter of urgency to prevent our customers and general public from this hazard. It has been there since several months so I hope someone can fix it. Thanks for your time.
