Dumping of cardboard boxes and rubbish in alleyway

New residents are using the alleyway to dump they're excess domestic rubbish, instead of taking it to the tip. The alley is located between 29 and 31 Lyndhurst Way, but these houses are NOT the culprits. This is an ongoing concern and is getting worse and worse as the weeks go by.
