2 bins, overflowing, blocking Copleston road

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7586268.

2 brown bins, with rotting food and waste are blocking Copleston road (the top end just off Grove Vale on the Right, outside a black gate) They are obstructing the path, no buggy or wheelchair can pass. They are also a health hazard - they're fetid and dirty. Please remove ASAP.
