Skyview shopping centre and the off licence next to it are on a daily basis dumping their rubbish outside our bin room so we the tenants cannot access it. I have asked them not to and they are often abusive. I was called a bitch yesterday. The rubbish is easily identifiable as it is food and drink boxes and wrappings for hair products. Can they be asked to stop please.
