Rubbish in alleyway

The dumping of huge amounts of rubbish daily into the alley way between 29 and 31 Lyndhurst way. The address has been left on most of the rubbish left so it is very easy to see which household is doing this. This has been going on for weeks. The bin men refuse to take most of it as it has been just chucked there leaving a complete eyesore most of the time.
