Can the council please remove these black bin bags outside 27 Adys Road? It's been probably over a month, seems to be a mix of waste from builders work, maybe garden waste and other things. It has become a feast for insects, pests, mice. It's unsanitary, it smells in the heat. It's a health hazard for the people of number 27 and the neighbours too. Please deal with this asap
