On Harmsworth Street, along the sidewall of no 1 De Laune Street SE17 3UU. It's been here for about a week. In the past, rubbish used to be collected each time there was some in this location. The van used to drive past, check whether there was anything there and pick it up. Now we always have to report it first. Could you please go back to this system?
