Loads of builders rubble and rubbish

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7516453.

There are numerous black bin bags outside 27 adys road, some stuff sticks out and looks like it's builders rubble. However the bags are leaking some liquids too. With the heatwave lots of insects are around these bags and come into the window (of the neighbours but surely of the people that live there too!). These are homes owned by the council, please do something about it, they have been there for probably over a month and they have become a health hazard for everyone!
