A full garden waste bin has been dumped by the Waghorn Street fire exit of Grove Vale Youth Club

This bin has been dumped full of garden waste and left by our fire exit by persons unknown. It is very heavy indeed! This has been here for up to 3 weeks it is causing a H&S issue and encourages others to dump items here. Please can it be removed ASAP. Many thanks.
