Industrial Battery- size of small fridge

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7440581.

There is a large, battery object with electrical parts beside it. Very heavy. I could not move it. Size of small fridge. On left of approach road to st augustines church. Will take and load photo tomorrow.
