Dog waste everywhere

Hi,

There’s been a an enormous uptick in people not clearing their dog waste. It’s disgusting, it’s treacherous and it’s against the law. Please can we do something about it? Every time I leave my flat I’m scared of treading in a dog’s waste the owner has deliberately not cleared. It’s unacceptable.
