Litter bin needs to be emptied more frequently

This new litter bin just outside the Chapter Road entrance to Pasley Park needs to be emptied more frequently as it is often over-flowing. I've just picked up a whole load of litter that has blown/fallen out of it and squashed everything down. It's also always going to need checking after a warm weekend
