Defective raised pavement slab

On 14/03/2025 at approximately 15:15, while walking on the pavement outside the Co-Op, 150 Spa Road, I tripped over a defective raised pavement slab. The uneven surface caused me to fall, resulting in the following injuries which has progressively gotten worse over the last couple of days leading to me to formally informing you - A swollen and bruised toe, making it difficult to wear shoes and walk. - A bleeding and swollen knee. - Torn clothing, including my jacket and tracksuit pants. - Sore elbow and swollen palm
