Neighbours dumping rubbish. Bins missing

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7275052.

Neighbours have been using our bins as theirs is missing .pubkic bin has disappeared from corner. Now we don’t have a bin,

Even though I am the freeholder of this apartment I cannot order a replacement bin, the website will not allow it. Please address the bin issue for 14a and 14c and b grove lane. Thank you
