Litter - communal area rarely cleaned

Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7168161.

Litter has been on this communal area since new years eve inc. nitrous oxide gas cans - is visible from the path and has not been cleaned by staff. The hedge and grass areas needs a good litter pick on a regular basis.
