Coop leaving cardboard boxes and trolleys on the street

Hello Coop staff are leaving cardboard boxes and trolleys that hold their delivery/stock on the street throughout the day and a bigger pile of rubbish at night when the shop closes. It is a public footpath but seems to be used as Coops bin area and storing trolleys
