Shop fly posting on varied surfaces, even trees

For about a week, I have noticed this banners and posters in different locations along the river Thames between Shad Thames, Bermondsey wall west, Chambers street, Bermondsey wall east, Prince's stairs, and Rotherhithe. I have noticed at least 10. There were more but I removed those stapled to trees.
