Mr. Gavin Lennon is a resident of Globe Wharf flat 59, and since moving into the building, graffiti has increased significantly. The police don't do anything with this drug addict, who uses his Instagram to publish his graffiti. Our tax money pays for cleaning. He should be arrested! www.instagram.com/skanzeast
