Manhole cover

Manhole cover is making a noise when driven over. The noise is keeping me awake at night, and waking me up in the morning. This is a very busy road and the manhole click and clacking several times a minute. when a car drives over it you can hear it from 300 yards away. I'm struggling to sleep most nights, its making my life hell.
