The keep clear box lines are blocked in by car parking spaces. Makes it harder for the bin men to access so dont think they do it regularly. Ours always seems more full than the others. The space is overflowing with rubbish. Door doesnt close. Foxes get into the bags. Full of food and cardboard boxes because neighbours dont bother recycling. Reported this loads of times.
