Litter everywhere

There is a disgusting amount of litter on Pytchley road all the way round to Quorn road. It's been getting progressively worse for a few months. Whoever is meant ro be cleaning, isn't doing it. I can see complaints have already been made and no action has been taken. I have 50 photos as I just walked around taking photos to add and you only allow 3. So I will make more than 1 complaint until this issue has been resolved. There is rubbish in the gutters, on the pavements, roads, in the bushes, on the other side of the bushes where people are throwing it. It's shocking and very disappointing that it has been ignored by the council.
