Water leak on the footpath continues for over a month

Southwark park road, on pathway near school football field there is a water leak that continues for over a month as people tend to assume it is a puddle. But as it never dries up and water constantly goes to the near by drain it is clear that this is not a puddle but a leak. A bit worried what this can do to the infrastructure over time considering that it was already an issue for a while.
