People are constantly Fly Tipping Outside the station

2 x Grey Bin are from Leno & Carbon Restaurant and 4 x Red Biffa Bins are from the Railway Station these are locked securely by either Bin Lock or Padlock and are emptied on a regular basis

The Fly Tipping from other people / premises has been on going for many months now and is causing a fire hazard
