Several dog wastes every day

Hi, there are many (a minimum of 4 usually) dog poop every day on Spa road, especially under the tunnel, but also on both sides of the roads leading to the tunnel. Unfortunately, it never gets cleaned, and new wastes get added to the ones in decompositions. There are also several, and it is upsetting several residents as not a day goes by without seeing several dog wastes around. Please would it be possible to have the current ones cleaned and potentially have a sign warning about dog waste to hopefully discourage people from leaving their dog wastes?
