Cole St light near junction - out intermittently

There is a light which is near the large building on Cole Street and it is out at night time more often than not. As the building is dark - it makes it quite easy for people to hide themselves without the street light and then is dangerous. I have attached photos - the one direct of it looks like dusk due to my camera but it is night and the light is not on - which you can compare to the one of the rest of the street. The photo in day time is to identify the location. Thank you.
