Two abandoned bikes on lamppost causing obstruction

These two bikes have been on this lamp post for years me as a disabled tenant barely has space to walk as its limited when also getting into my car these bikes have caused me even more limited space as i can not open my car door fully, these bikes have also caused damage to my car when strong winds are happening as they have fallen causing walkway to be prohibited and causing people who need to park their cars inconvenience as people are scared to park here as this may hit their cars, we have plenty of bike storage and sheds for them to rent please have these removed.
