Unnecessarily bright

The bulb is super bright, much brighter than other lamps on the estate been impacting our sleep since it's been installed. can it be replaced with a warm white /amber bulb with fewer lumens or better yet the fixture can be replaced with a bollard path lamp? Both of these accomodations have made on the other staircase on the estate
