Biffa Collections leaving waste on floor.

Biffa collections to shop rear is causing a bit of a nusiance with waste falling from Biffa vehicle from the overfilled trade waste bin from 12 Dunton Road Premier shop. This waste dropping is not being picked up by the Biffa employee as it falls, is being left adding to an already unhygienic and problematic rat issue. Please ensure waste is picked up and not left. This area is residential. It is now a hiding spit for drug takers because the area is so unkempt. This is Southwark land. Please ensure area is cleared. Currently there is minimal estate/street cleaning which is adding to the health and safety issues in the area.
