There is a mattress and other rubbish at the exact same spot as previous fly tipping. The streets in this area are continuously littered with rubbish due to fly tipping. The council needs to do more to stop the root of the problem and keep the streets clean. People keep doing it because they keep getting away with it. Enforce fines, install CCTV. The signs threatening it are doing nothing
