Sent to Southwark Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6792287.

This has been previously reported but nothing done. I can see the response was "Thank you for reporting this matter. Following our investigation, no action can be taken because it is the responsibility of non-local authority or privately owned/operated organisation. Your case is closed." This thorough fare is owned and looked after by Southwark council not the leaseholders surrounding the tunnel as it services many properties as a public accessway, this falls squarely within your remit to fix, please clean this up.
