Biffa rubbish bag at the entrance of our office rubbish now coming out of the bag

Biffa rubbish bag must have dropped from the passing Biffa truck, is now at the entrance of our office and the rubbish from inside the bag is now coming spilling out of the bag and onto the pavement.
